ORDER COLLABORATION 1 is a collective action in which thirteen volunteers were invited to arrange objects on a table. Here, the space to think, move and act in relation to objects Is transferred to other agents. The result is a continuous ordering sequence (depicted in video) as well as thirteen different arrangements on the table (depicted in still images from video).
Video y serie fotográfica a partir de un ejercicio colaborativo donde trece personas son invitadas a ordenar objetos sobre una mesa. El proyecto en curso, iniciado durante la residencia en Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, toma el acto de ordenar objetos como una manera de explorar convenciones sociales, culturales y representaciones de identidad y género. En Order Collaboration 1 se crea una plataforma de acción en donde la manipulación y organización de los objetos es realizada por otros agentes. Cada participante ordena objetos trabajando sobre el orden creado por el participante anterior, generando un dialogo continuo o una secuencia mental (registrada en video) y una serie de instalaciones u órdenes escultóricos únicos.
